Welcome to English Daisy Tutoring ("English Daisy Tutoring," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website, enrolling in classes, purchasing services, or using our educational resources, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. Services
English Daisy Tutoring provides English language instruction, tutoring services, educational materials, online classes, and related educational support for students of various ages and proficiency levels.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.
2. Eligibility
Students must be at least 18 years old to enroll independently. If a student is under 18 years of age, enrollment and participation must be authorized by a parent or legal guardian.
Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors comply with these Terms.
3. Scheduling and Attendance
Students are responsible for attending scheduled lessons on time with a reliable internet connection.
If a student joins late, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time unless otherwise agreed upon by the tutor.
Repeated missed lessons or excessive tardiness may result in suspension or termination of services.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
To respect the time reserved for all students:
Lessons canceled with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled without penalty.
Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full.
No-shows may be charged the full lesson fee.
Rescheduling requests are subject to tutor availability.
Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Payments
Payment is required before services are provided unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods may include credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or other approved payment methods.
Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation of future lessons or suspension of services.
6. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated in a specific program agreement:
Completed lessons are non-refundable.
Missed lessons that fall under the cancellation policy are non-refundable.
Subscription services may be canceled according to the terms of the subscription plan.
7. Educational Outcomes
English Daisy Tutoring provides educational instruction and support. However, we do not guarantee:
Specific language proficiency improvements
Examination scores
Employment opportunities
Immigration outcomes
Academic admissions
Any particular educational result
Student progress depends on attendance, effort, practice, and numerous factors outside our control.
8. Student Conduct
Students agree to participate respectfully and professionally.
The following behaviors may result in immediate termination of services:
Harassment or abusive behavior
Disruptive conduct
Inappropriate language or content
Recording lessons without permission
Sharing copyrighted materials without authorization
No refunds will be provided for services terminated due to violations of this section.
9. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by English Daisy Tutoring, including but not limited to:
Lesson plans
Worksheets
Presentations
Videos
Curriculum materials
Website content
remain the intellectual property of English Daisy Tutoring unless otherwise stated.
Materials may be used for personal educational purposes only and may not be copied, distributed, sold, or reproduced without written permission.
10. Online Classes and Technology
Students are responsible for maintaining:
Reliable internet access
Appropriate devices
Necessary software or applications
English Daisy Tutoring is not responsible for interruptions caused by technical issues beyond our control.
11. Communication Consent
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications regarding:
Scheduling
Account information
Class reminders
Educational updates
Service-related announcements
You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, English Daisy Tutoring shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the student for services during the preceding three months.
13. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.
14. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services at any time for violations of these Terms or for any conduct that negatively impacts our educational environment.
15. Changes to These Terms

Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
