Cancellation Policy
Free Introduction Class Policy Welcome to our free introduction class! We’re excited to have you join us. To ensure a smooth and beneficial experience, please review the following policy: Class Duration: The free introduction class is limited to 30 minutes. One-Time Offer: Each participant is eligible for one free introduction class only. Online Only: The introduction class is conducted exclusively online via Zoom. A stable internet connection and a free Zoom account is required. Scheduling: Classes must be scheduled in advance. Same-day bookings are subject to availability. Punctuality: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or cancellation. Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. No-shows may not be eligible for another free class. Content: The introduction class provides an overview of the subject, teaching methods, and a brief interactive experience. No Obligation: There is no commitment required after the session, but I welcome you to continue learning with me! By booking the free introduction class, you agree to the above terms.
